No, the kong stuff is pretty crappy.. I'd get some mooshy canned food and blend in cookie pieces and freeze it...

Merrick, DVP and Wellness make some canned foods that are good for allergy doggies... But for Merrick, there are some that are pastier than others (not chunky) so you have to buy the right ones.;)

Oh, peanut butter and cheez whiz are ok, but really fatty, so be careful.

With my guys I plug up the bottom with peanut butter then fill it with organic chicken broth, then I put it in the freezer overnight. They just love them :)

Yeah, just make sure there's no onion in the broth.

For skinny, fussy dogs:

Chop a frozen Nature's Variety Frozen Raw Food medallion in half & stuff inside kong, then plug the ends with either raw hambuger or Fat Balls mixture.

Fat Balls: (thanks for the recipe Technodoll!)

lb (.45kg) hamburger mince (high fat content)
1 package cream cheese
1 jar all natural peanut butter
1 dozen egg yolks
1 cup rolled oats soaked in milk
1 jar wheat germ

Mix thoroughly (with hands is best).
Freeze into meal sized bags and thaw as needed.
