More getting your high speed ready?

July 27th, 2006, 11:58 AM
Is it too soon? :o

I just got some good ones (IMO), and I figured I'd post them... But hey, you really don't have to watch them if you don't want to.:) :o

ok... Are you sure?

Here's Boo, showing off his "skill". It took a while to master the Evian bottles because they're mooshier than the 2L soft drink bottles, so he kept crushing them. But now he has it down. If I get him before he crushes the neck, I can screw the cap back on... (He's also showing off his huge mitts...)

Ok, so I suck at throwing, so Jemma "helps" with the distance... Either that or the sun is in her eye and she can't see it properly...;)

There are 5 more (:o) being verified, but don't worry, I won't post them all when they're done.... :o You can always click on "from user" on the right and it'll show all my videos... But the other 5 still aren't up yet.

i love movies! more, more! :highfive:

i wish i had such a nice backyard, waaah! :yell: they look great prin, all happy and enjoying the summer, evian, the works! thanks for sharing.

lol Back yards may be smaller than they appear in movies. :D We have the smallest yard in our neighborhood.:o

There will be more movies... Once they're verified... I even have one that makes fun of my yard. My doggies chase the ball and disappear in the yard for a long time- for such a tiny yard.:D I never thought they'd get up to a full sprint on such a small property, but they do.

heheh so cute. it's so funny...your dogs know the weirdest tricks.

I like the team effort with Jemma. And that is her hit a ball against the fence close enough to throw it in the neighbour's yard but not quite. :highfive:

Oh, I have so many videos of her shooting it over the hedges... But they were too short to upload onto google video (10 sec minimum ).

yay. Boo! Good for him for spitting the caps out. I have a bad habit of leaving water bottles where the dogs can demolish them, and I find flat multilated bottle caps all over the place.

Oh, ya, we have to make sure there aren't any around with water still in them or we come home to puddles everywhere...:D

I love them. We definitely need the rest when they are verified!

July 27th, 2006, 06:37 PM
Ok.. They're verified! :D :o (I was worried that they would be forgotten and I'd have to reload them... )

This one shows how much fun doggies can have running in a tiny yard... They disappear for a disproportionately long period of time. :)

Here's what it looks like when Jemma "gets it right"... She makes it look easy (and then Boo takes it away).. I think this is the best movie for her eyes (you see them near the end...)

For this one you need sound... I thought technodoll would find it funny... You hear the nails?! I always keep them pretty trimmed, and still the noise they make (especially Boo).

This one is my fav. You see how two doggies mesh into one doggy over time... They move together, don't listen together...
(It also shows a little how they know full sentences... :highfive: )

This one shows that to get your doggy to obey, you have to have just the right tone (even if it all sounds the same to me).
(sorry for the nasal narration :o).

I went into the menu on the right and looked at them all! I love the dog whisperer!

July 27th, 2006, 07:06 PM
:cloud9: i love these videos! :cloud9: and i so wish we didn't have our stupid neighbors and could let the dogs play in the house like that and "talk"... that jemma, what a personality! i can definitely see that husky side of her, LOL! and i don't think your back yard is tiny at all. big enough for two big dogs to run and play in :thumbs up you are so lucky!

July 27th, 2006, 07:09 PM
lol It is tiny... The shed takes up more than a third of the property. We have 4000 sqft total and the house is smack in the middle of it (which is why the doggies run around the house...).

Thanks though... I'm glad my doggies entertain.:)

Glasslass- that's so funny. I never thought of Boo as the "real" dog whisperer. I could make a good spoof with that.:D

Techno- how'd you like them nails?

July 27th, 2006, 07:11 PM
hahah he's such a meanie always stealing her ball. Can you please buy another ball?:frustrated:
lol and I love how she argues after he takes it "No fair!" hehe

July 27th, 2006, 07:14 PM
lol sometimes she totally drops it and when he picks it up, she barks the "no fair" bark. Drama drama.:D

July 27th, 2006, 07:38 PM
Techno- how'd you like them nails?

clickety click click! :D it would drive me crazy, LOL! i guess you can get used to it after a while though... when my dogs walk on the hardwood floor all you hear is creeeak, creeeak, cuz this old building is made of soft wood and paper  but their feetsies make soft padding whooshy sounds, so that's good... when i start to hear clicking, i know it's time for a nail trim. Like tonight! :frustrated: like i don't have enough to do already before my trip, waaaaaaaaaah!

say, do you use your digicam to film the black beauties? :cat:

July 27th, 2006, 09:13 PM
Yep. My tiny Canon A510. Those are the crap quality movies too. I haven't gotten up the nerve to try the bigger ones (imagine the megs?!)

I don't notice the nails because I've never had a silent doggy before. Jemma's pretty quiet, but not silent.

July 28th, 2006, 12:06 AM
I'm so mad. I got to watch the one with Boo and the water bottle (very cute) but when I tried the rest it kept just saying error on page and now I can't look at that one either.

July 28th, 2006, 12:36 PM
They work for me now...:o
