:p  I have a pure breed black Lab...he is healthy...just had his vet check up in June...I have a question that the vet could not answer...when ever he eats, he foams at the mouth...has anyone else ever heard of this? If so, do you have any answers?

lol my old dobie used to foam like a can of shaving cream. :D The only thing I can suggest is wiping him down after eating.. Otherwise, if he does get some froth on furniture or clothes, RUB! lol Seriously, you have to rub it in well right away or wash it off right away or it will turn pure white. So icky.

 Thanks for the info....I just didn't know what to think...I have owned labs in the past, but never encountered this. At least I know know that someone else has seen this too!

Buster foams like CRAZY when he eats (he's a Boxer). I agree with Prin : the only thing to do is wipe his muzzle off after he eats!
