My friends dog was doing that when his tags caught on the rack. When he tried to pull his head out of the dishwasher he took the entire rack of dirty dishes with him. Of course he was terrified and dragged dishes and rack all over the kitchen before she could rescue him. He is now terrified of the dishwasher! Silly boy - Shadow still loves him though...
