Hi my name is Jeannine.
I am a new dog owner of 7 month old american bulldog.
about 10 minutes ago, she ate my 8 year olds ankle sock.
She seems ok, it was small, do you guys think she will
"pass" it?

You need to take your dog to the vet as soon as possible. Even the smallest, most seemingly "innocent" items can cause intestinal blockage that could be deadly to your pet.

After the vet, please let us know how your new baby is doing.

ummmm, I really wouldn't be alarmed unless your pup is in any way distressed. My Berner pup would eat the kids socks on a regulare bases. They normally just pooped out the other end. Sometimes not very gracefully on the way out I might add but they did pass through. If no lethargy, lack of appetite, stopping of bowel movements, etc... then I'd give it some time to pass through. Any signs of discomfort though and off to the vets office.
