Why have these rules never been created ?

Hello

Lots of countries suffer with over population what about making it illegal to breed animals without the proper permit? wouldnt this cut down the amount of cats and dogs being born by a huge amount?

IF people wanted to breed they would have to meet certain standards and get permission from the goverment otherwise making it illegal? I am sure this law has been brought up a thousand times but why did it never get considered? Or has it been ?

There should also be a permit and a few tests to pass to even get an animal in the first place, IMO.;)

go to some asian countries and our beloved pets are on our food list:eek:

Yep and we eat some animals other countries and cultures consider sacred.;)
