My dog's ears are always irritated. I also dicovered that there's a bump or somthing inside her ears that look like a mosketo bite. How can I make this stop?

A vet will be able to make this stop. It could be mites, infection or allergies.

See your vet.

Really the only way to know is to have the vet look way down in the canal. Mites and yeast infections need prescription meds. Do they smell kind of funky?

Some dogs are more prone to yeast infections; poor food can really make those worse. Keeping hair trimmed on the inside of the ears, and doing regular ear douching will keep her ears clean, but initially you need to take her to your vet so you really know what's going on.

I brought my dog to a vet and it is probrably a alergic reaction or very dry skin. I bathe my dog at least once a month with flea shampoo and that's what probrably caused the dry skin and irritation, well that's what the doc said. I also gave her many kinds of dry food, so I'll just give her one or two kinds just in case it is an alergic reaction. Only time will tell.

Thank you for all your help. (Lucky Rescue and Carina)

Stop bathing your dog every month, especially with flea shampoo!

This is way too often, and for fleas, just get Advantage or a similiar product. You are badly drying out her coat and skin.

Ditto

No need to bathe that often

Dogs don't need baths like you and I do

Get some aloe or tea tree oil for the ears

WHEN you do bath your dog put cotton in their ears and NEVER immerse or soap that much around the face it's not needed, use a cloth.

My pointer had the same problem we tock him to the vet and she gave us some cream to place in his ears. After is was all said and done the itching keeps coming back. About twice a week we have to put the cream in his ears. I wish I could remember the name of it:( It has how ever worked great for us.
