you obviously weren't up between 3:30 am and 7:00 am... not so ok then :( (still a little grumpy from biking to work in the rain)

omg I remember that! It sounded like lightning hit my house. It woke me up badly (the kind of waking up that makes up sit up with your eyes wide open right away). Jemma freaked out- she's usually ok with thunder... (Boo slept through it all :D). Yep, pretty stormy early this morning...:o

so while driving to Quebec City this afternoon (we're here overnight at my mom's, before tomorrow's big day-long trip), it was a shock to see the thermometer drop from 28C to 20C in 20 minutes  we literally crossed a "cold belt" just after Trois-Rivieres - so much for summer warmth... brrr. we're apparently going to get 4 days of rain up at the cottage, out of 6 vacation days. I may have to be heavily medicated when i get back!

If it's anything like the "rainy" days we've had here, you might get some fun in the sun...:D
