Help dog has diarhea and is vomiting lots of water

My cocker spaniel suddenly had diarhea , then watery stool then she started vomiting she puked what seems like a quart of water, where is all that water coming from ? she hasn't even drunk that much . She also drools and drools , very scary .She has not to my knowledge eaten anything that could cause that besides the leftover lemon yogurt I let her lick from an empty container. (she has had it before wo problems). I left her in the kitchen unattended for half an hour but it doesn't seem like she ate anything hazardous. I am in SwitZerland, it's midnight I called the vet emergency line, they said only thing I can do is give her medication for diarhea. I have no medication

What could have caused this ? I don't think she swallowed anything bad during our last walk, although I had to remove a few things from her mouth , including what appeared to be the crust of a lasagna |( she is 7 month old)

Try not to worry, unless she becomes unusually lethargic. Drooling can mean nausea, so she's probably not feeling great. Try to get her to drink and keep her close to you. Could be a bug, who knows how they pick these things up. Just hang in there and get her to the vet asap.
PS Not a good idea to medicate without a vet consult. Unless of course she had something chronic and you had the medication on hand and had discussed the eventuality with your vet.

If mushroom poisoning is suspected, please do not suppress vomiting. See a vet ASAP. Thread closed.
