Peeing Kitten

Not sure if this is the right forum or not...but my kitten, Oscar, totally knows where the litterbox is and I've seen him use it before, but for some reason he still pees on the beanbag chair, on the duvet, on the bathmat....Is there a reason he's doing this? He's approx 8 weeks old, still very small. He's been checked by a vet recently and given the a-o-k healthwise so, should I take him back? Is it a UTI or something like that? It's only happened 3 times now in a week, it's not like it's an 'always' thing, but I'm just wondering if someone can give me some insight and some tips into how to prevent it, or whether or not he'll maybe just grow out of it?
Cheers.

He may also have crystals in his bladder, or a stone, all of which a urinalysis and xrays will prove. I'd go back to the vet for both as soon as possible and have these done. Good luck :pawprint:
