Did I read that right? The dog is going to remain with the family/owner?

The difference between the way they deal with "pitbull" atacks and other dog attacks just florrs me!

This is not the 1st storey I have read about this breed attacking kids and causing alot of damge . Yet I have never heard of any calls to have that breed banned.

Thats insane! the dog litterally ripped the kids face off and... it is going to return to its owners???
IMO any dog that attacks a child should be euthanized. Im sorry but this is my opinion! Growing up, my family had a firm belief if any of our dogs attacked a child unprevoked the dog would have to be put down.
I still agree with that. If my dogs were to attack im sorry but there is no reason for it. That is why they are supervised closely while with children and have been socialized with them as much as possible!
