DANG, IM good!!!

Ha, I have to express my joy here!! Today I went for a job interview ( looks really good!!) and my truck broke down at Timmies ( had to stop after wards LOL) So since i have a few more claims to use on my roadside assistance before august i called a tow truck. He boosted me and all was GREAT, I went to canadian tire cause i knew i needed a battery. I baught it and installed it ( MYSELF YAY), NOPE wasnt the problem, went back in and baught the alternator, got some nice gentleman to boost my truck and went home. Once i got here, i consulted the Haynes repair manual AND...

lol I remember when my boyfriend had to change his alternator too......except he did it without a manual......and so it took three different guys to help him do it....*shakes head* the boyfriend can be an idiot but even though it took three of them to do it, it gave teh car a new life for long enough that the car still got him from Point A to Point B....and now the brakes have gone....and there's a hole in the fuel line....and we aren't taking that bloody car!!!!!!!

I can sympathize. I once had a summer job interview and the Transit system ran over a child on the way to the place - police et al were called, I felt more sorry for the child and amazingly, tho I did not know the area, I made it maybe 5 mins late!
