found in todays rag:
"Fox Coyote pups for sale, 519-***-****".
Looked up the number and it is located in Dresden Ont. I assume this is not even legal, let alone a likely mix.....

Two wild animals being sold off as domesticated - thats crazy - would that even happen by accident in the wild.
Personally I think domesticated dogs should be with humans - and wild dogs such has wolves, coyotes, foxes, dingos etc should stay in the wild.

I'm not even sure that if it did happen, they'd be compatible. It's a little like monkeys and apes... Apekeys?

Theres actually no physical way that could happen.
Cuz biologically speaking, unless it was all done invitro, its
not possible. 2 species cannot interbreed, the sperm would be
seen as a foreign body and rejected.
Biology 12 tells ya all about it.
Its probably Fox hound or Fox terrier pups that have
been crossed with something that makes the coat look
Coyotes are so far away from dogs genetically, the chances of them
interbreeding again, are near to impossible.
It may be a misprint by the paper too.
I posted an add once, for platy and guppy fry, i got an ad
that read Platy-Guppy Hybrid Fry.
Where the heck that came from I dunno.
Not even possible.

It's not possible. A fox has 34 chromosomes and a coyote has 78 chromosomes. It probably is a misprint.
Anyone here from Dresden that can check it out? ;)

I am think they may mean pups bred for coyote or fox hunting, at least that would make more sense
