safety center from windows

Hey yall , i strongly recommend you do this to your puters. Follow the link, Im no techie but it may not work on some systems, I have windows xp and I did this , i though i was well protected from my anti virus but apparently not!!!:eek:

chose the full service scan, I had 77 viruses and TONS of other things, it tests your ports and everything, it was sent to me from my Techie friend!
