What the hell? Is this serious? This is a quote from a website I found when I was looking for breed information, they sell toy breeds online. This is from the FAQ section:

CAN I COME AND SEE THE PUPPIES? The traditional search for just the right puppy has people visiting a number of Breeders, holding pups and making a decision in person. However, that tradition is helping to spread Parvovirus, the number one threat to the life of young puppies! Parvo can be carried on clothes, shoes and spread from pup to pup by touching and petting. Our pups are limited to contact with their Breeders and are not available for local viewing by the public. Buying online is smarter and safer for all involved!

That is rediculous, I have talked to breeders who wont let you see them and pet them untill a certain age. However I wouldnt buy a pup from a breeder with out first seeing the parents and health tests and so on.

I worked for a car dealer that made you give a huge downpayment on any car you wanted to test drive. Sounds like those winners have moved on to animal breeding.
