Rhubarb gone wild

This is a picture of my rhubarb in the past week. I didn't know that it grew flowers!!! Any one know if it would still be good to eat/cook?

Apparently once they go to seed they are no longer good to eat. Well just strong i think, I dont know I H8 RHUBARB!!! the only thing i can actually grow howeverhttp://bestsmileys.com/frustrated/4.gif
I ran mine over 3x with the lawnmower before it matured and STILL GROWS!!!
Cant for the life of me grow pretty flowers or anything like that though!!!!http://bestsmileys.com/clueless/1.gif
