Hi, this is prolly in the wrong forum but oh well Sorry I couldnt think of where it would fit!
I was wondering what questions you ask when checking references for foster homes, I am putting together a list for a nonprofit organization here which doesnt currently check references. I feel this is VERY important!!
Anything would help me here.
What would I ask the reference??

Do you have other pets?

What will you do if they do not get along?

How much time can you devote to the animal?

Are the other members in your family in agreement with you fostering?

Are you prepared to take in animals that may have special needs and require extra attention?

plus the ones that downloader posted as well - thats all I can think of at the moment.

Hey you mean to check the reference if the foster would be alright or not - okay I change my questions a bit then

How is the fosters comfort level when dealing with more than one animal - what does she do to separate them if needed

How much time does the foster devote to her animals.

Do the other members in the fosters family like animals.

What is the foster experience level would she be able to take on animals that may have some special needs.

Does the foster geniunely like animals.
