golden bleeding from nose- been to the vet already

hello,

i have a 10 yr old golden who woke up bleeding from her nose and coughing up hugh clots..went to the vet this morning and they are still scratching their heads..she is on IV fluids now and goes back tomorrow...has anyone had a similar situation. she seems fine otherwise, happy as a golden should be.

I don't know what to say to help, but I'm so sorry you're going through this. I hope your dog is ok.
