blad spot?

HI everyone.. i was wondering if anyone has had this happen to their dog, i have a pitbull mix, and on his left eyebrow... he has a bald spot, a small spot, and a small amout of blood has appeared, anyone have any idea what it could be?

Does it look like that picture?

Quite possible a histiocytoma. like suggested but still requires a vet visit to be sure it is nothing worse
