A runner up is Tux, fostered by a friend of mine on another board.

Tux came from a life of abuse and fighting and has healed broken bones and many scars. He had never been in a house, and his first sight of the "dog in the oven" brought this reaction. What a fool!:p

Tux is one of the Katrina dogs. He is now getting tons of love, attention and vet care (two horrid surgeries so far) and even has a doggy friend, no doubt for the first time in his life of misery, abuse and neglect.:thumbs up

The lovely lady who took him in, and has spent a fortune on him, calls him the "world's ugliest bully" and "Smeagol"!:p

He's so hideous...I LOVE HIM!!! I wonder if he sits in a corner with his chew toy and thinks to himself "my precioussss" :D Yay happy endings for katrina dogs.

Yeah,he is kind of ugly,but awfully cute...a really mushy face:D
