Hello

Most dogs mature at around 2 years old but my vet says cats are mature adult cats at around 10 months old is this true???? My 10 month old cat sure as hell doesnt act or look all that mature but he insists she is!

When a cat reaches 1 year old, they are equivalent to a human being 18 years old. Most cats don't grow very much after 10 months old, but they may continue to act like kittens for a while longer. So maturity is reached between 10-12 months old.

Mature??It depends what you mean,I have a 10yr old who acts like a kitten,a 3 yr old and an 8yr old,all act like kittens...sure,they are mature and will not get any bigger, only sideways:D
But as for playfull,I think they will always be that way, which is a good thing:thumbs up
