For any one wanting to try some European cuisine in particular Hungarian
One on the clubs I have been a member of has online recipes links to authentic dishes like Cabbage Rolls(stuffed cabbage), Goulash, Chicken Paprikash, stuffed peppers, strudels and other desserts

if anyone has been at a fall fair where they had a fried bread often called Elephant Ears this is a very similiar recipe, http://homepage.interaccess.com/~june4/langospotatocakes.htmlit is usually served still warm with Bean Soup, one of my favourite meals http://www.urbancsalad.com/ahazkorul/id37_bean_soup.htm
