Uploading a Picture

Hello,
I'm trying to upload a picture of my pug who recently passed away, but it keeps saying "upload failed". It's a "bmp" pic so I'm not sure what's wrong. Anybody know how to help me?

Does the error message say anything about the file size being too big?? The maximum size is 100kb. Sorry, this is all I know!

Re the photo - Your best bet is to convert the file to a jpeg which is smaller - you can do that on Paint in Accesories. Or you could alternately make the file smaller. Bitmap files tend to be huge - usually much larger than 100 k and jpegs smaller. You could also find an online hosting service and upload the picture there and then post a link to it.
