Anyone have room for this stray fella?

There is a stray cat who has been hanging around my balcony for quite some time now. Unfortunately he is not getting along with my roommates resident cat, Poe, so I cannot keep him. The stray cat is male, not sterilized, with very pretty sea green eyes. He is a little timid but has warmed up considerably since I started feeding him (I guess he feels that closest way to a man's heart is indeed through his stomach;) ). Although his early days were spent rambling around like any tom cat but he seems to have decided that humans do serve a purpose and has decided to adopt one but needs the help of a rescue finding the best home. He came in this morning and I managed some pictures of him. If any rescues have any room for this fella or know of any fosters can you please let me know? Thanks a bunch.

Actually nevermind, I am going to get him neutered ASAP and we are hoping this will improve his relationship with Poe in which case I will probably end up keeping him ;)
