Coccidia

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that Baillie is not hypoglocymic. It had to be the onions. Also, a friend of mines dog was hospitalized for coccidia. What is coccidia?

Coccidia is a microscopic parasite that lives in the intestines. It causes diarrhea and can be hard to detect when there is not enough. Is the dog a young puppy ? Most adults would not need to be kept in hospital for this, so your friend's dog must have become very dehydrated.
