Lifetime breeding ban for puppy mill operator

There was an article in the Friday edition of the St. Catharines Standard regarding the sentence for a puppy mill operator – a LIFE TIME breeding ban. This is only the second time a sentence like this has been handed out in Ontario so I’m pretty damn proud of our local enforcement. I don’t have much more details as I was actually visiting someone and didn’t want to sit there and read the paper. I was hoping it was online but it wasn’t so I will try and find it somewhere on line and then link.

I did find one headline that intrigued me though.

Puppy Mill Operator Shot Dead….

It sounded pretty harsh but the full title ended with “after bank robbery”
