Our Betta has been acting oddly lately. He seems to be swimming at an angle, and other times, he just looks really off balance. He is still eating, and he has clean water, and his location has not changed. Anyone who has one and has any insight on this, please let me know. I know they don't have a long life span but he isn't quite a year old yet. Any info. would be greatly appreciated as we have grown quite fond of "Sonic". :)

It sounds like a swim bladder disorder. There are lots of causes of this, and often fish can continue to live quite well with it if they are still able to eat.
Is the water warm enough? Have you changed the diet lately?

Thats what I thought too! His diet hasn't changed nor has the temperature of the water. He sits up on a shelf away from any drafts or windows. We changed his water about a week ago, and we used room temperature distilled water, as we always do! We are going to try feeding him a little less to see if that perks him up a bit. Thanks for the help Lucky!!

Unless your room is about 78 degreesF, the water would be too cold. Bettas need very warm water.
If he is in a small bowl, and if you don't have a filter, you should be doing small partial water changes every day.
