I can't upload pictures..

I'm trying to add a pic of my dog to my profile. I also want it to appear when I create or add to a thread...

I'm following the instructions and making sure I'm using pics with the right specs...100 x 100 pixels..etc. It will show as being the current one..then I click on save changes and get:
Upload of file failed.

Am i not allowed to post pics?

Please help!

Do you have microsoft picture manager if you do I just discovered something.
If you bring up the pic and right click on it and select edit it should bring it up if you have it.

If you click on resize option on the right than select predefined width and height. Select email large, then click okay and save the changes. Both pics uploaded right away for me. When I select web small I usually still have to crop as they are usually too big. But the email large posted right away and I didnt have to crop.

I just read that maybe I will leave that there just in case anyone else wants to try it.:D
