Pancreatitis in GSDs

My otherwise healthy 5 y/o GSD was diagnosed with pancreatitis last week. I've given her the clavamox, and done the bland diet, but she's still listless, mopey, naseous (drooling). Her current temp is 101. Now she's developed soreness in her right front leg, and swelling on the right side of her muzzle. There is no bug bite, scratch or anything. I can't figure out what is wrong. Has anyone had similar symptoms?

Did you call your vet and report the symptoms?
You should consult a vet.

She is currently under vet supervision, I guess I just am not trusting my vet's diagnosis and was wondering if these symptoms raised any red flags for anyone.

Get another opinion from another vet if you're not happy with current vet's diagnosis. Wishing your GSD a speedy recovery. :pawprint: Keep us posted.

She had a myriad of tests, including ultrasound. So far they are saying pancreatitis, but they are unsure.

I tried to PM you but the system says you can't accept PMs.
