Concerned Parent, anything wrong with my puppy?

Hi there,

I have a 3 month old puppy who is having VERY strong smelling stools as well, he is having some diarrhea (sorry for being so graphic), not too much but he just did once today and once yesterday. He is only eating his own food which is Wellness puppy formula. He has a wet nose and is very playful right now so I don't think its anything but should I be concerned about the rear end stuff?

Just so you know, the wet nose doesn't really mean anything...

But for the rest- if it persists or gets any worse at all, I'd head to the vet. You could call the vet to ask what s/he thinks you should do. He might be having a hard time digesting his food, or a mild bug, or it could even be something emotional (stressed or anxious doggies tend to get diarrhea while they're stressed). Just be careful because puppies are very sensitive and illnesses can progress really quickly.
