is this a cold or something else

my bassett hound was spayed 4 days ago and she is now sounding congested and has a slight cough. I am worried she might have picked something up fom the spay/neuter clinic. she has had all her shots except boderatella. What should i be looking for . adice would be appreciated.

Welcome :) Get her back to the vet ASAP please. Post-op respiratory infections DO happen (to my dog Peaches in April), and are extremely nasty. The vet needs to see her immediately so please take her and then post back on her recovery :)
