Hitting dogs with canes!

Today I was walking Joey to my sons school for our show and tell. We past an older gentleman with two Jack Russells. I walk Joey past them and give them enough space. Joey wants to go see the dogs but is not growling or barking. This mans Jack Russells were barking and growling like mad at Joey. This man just layed into them with the cane, hitting them and yelling at them. Poor dogs as soon as they past I gave Joey a big hug.

Perhaps someone should wrap that cane around his neck! :mad:
