itchy with puffy eyes

hello everyone. i have a 7 month old pitbull puppy and tonight about an hour ago i noticed my dog to be scratching and biting himself alot. his eyes have also puffed up quite a bit. it looks to be some kind of reaction but im not sure and am contemplating taking him to the clinic ...... does anyone have an idea as to what this might be ???

Your dog definitely needs to see a vet. Allergic reactions can become serious very quickly. Better safe than sorry.
