Dog's face suddenly swelling

I had let my dog out (7 months old boston ) when she yelped and came in with a bee sting on her paw. I took the stinger out and she seemed fine, but about 10 minutes later her entire face specially around her mouth and eyes started to swell enormously. Is this a bad reaction to the bee sting or could it be something else?

I think you need to take your dog to the vet. Sounds like it could be an allergic reaction which could be extremely serious. Please be concerned with your pets health and get your dog checked asap.
