I HAVE 8 DOGS IN LARGE KENNELS IN MY BACK YARD. ONE OF MY DOGS HAS RECENTLY BECOME VERY MEAN--GROWLING, BARKING, A BAD ATTITUDE IN GENERAL. I KNOW THERE ARE MANY VARIABLES HERE BUT DO YOU THINK BY ALTERING HIM IT WILL MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. HE IS 3 YEARS OLD?

Doubtful. Who is he being aggressive towards - people, you, male dogs, female dogs....? Neutering can sometimes change male dog to dog aggression, but at three years old behaviour patterns are often set.
Are these dogs trained? Are they outside dogs - in the kennel all the time? If this is a sudden change, could he have some medical issues?
