I was wondering if people think Revolution is truly effective against, say, a serious case of roundworm. The makers claim it is good for fleas, mites, and all worms, except tapeworm and probably some of the more obscure species. But would a cat that has been on the street for at least four years and probably gobbled more than his share of garbage, be cured with one (or two) doses of Revolution? Just wondering.

It's supposed to do the trick. I dont' think the number of worms matters. But Revolution kills only adults, so the treatment needs to be repeated in about 2 weeks, to kill any worms that hatched in the meantime.
