This big fluffy guy has spent his whole 1 1/2 years living in a shed. He's very sweet and friendly and likes to give head bonks. His fur was shaved due to extreme matting, but when it grows in, he'll be a lot fluffier!
He came to our last adoption event, but was so terrified that it would be inhumane to take him to another one. Can anyone help him, so he won't have to spend the winter in such a lousy place? He's neutered and vaccinated.

Surely he's not still living in shed? Hopefully his 'owners' have turned him over to you.
How social is he? I can try to find a foster home if you want.

This guy is very social and friendly, just understandably terrified at the atmosphere of an adoption event.
Actually, for now he's better off in his familiar shed with his cat pals than he would be in a cage or being locked up. If he's not rehomed before winter sets in, we'll have to find another option. He needs a permanent home.

Do I have your permission to cross-post to see if we can find him a foster home?

Oh thanks, but unless the situation gets really bad, we want him to go to a permanent home, as he is not the type of cat who should be moved around and the lady who owns the shed would never agree to it.
Staying in his shed with shelter (and insulated sleeping box), food and water is better for this particular cat than any temporary homing would be. Many cats can be moved around and aren't bothered much by it, but not this guy.
