Search on petfinder.com for a JRT Rescue in Ontario or contact the Ontario Breed Club for relocation assistance.

Have they tried obediance training with the JRT? I hope this is the last resort, and not the first option.

I wish all Jacks came with a mandatory course before adoption. Sooooooo many of these buggers get rehomed simply because the owner wasn't educated on the breed. So sad. I hope your friend's mom doesn't get another dog without very very very extensive research. I hope she learns from this. I hope she understands she is giving up a life, not a piece of old garbage.

I did lecture my friend as to why her mom (or moms hubby in this case) to the fact they need research breeds etc. From what my friend said her mom was gonna take it to the pund but changed her mind when she found out it would probably be put down instead of adopted.
