does my dog have an eye infection?

I have a 3 1/2 year old black lab who has always been healthy. Yesterday I noticed she sneezed a few times, but that has ceased. Today she has had green pussy stuff oozing from her eyes and I keep wiping them with a warm wash cloth but it's not helping. She doesn't act like she feels well at all. I do have Patanol eye drops and other eye drops and I'm not sure if I should use them on her or not. Since it is Labor Day I'm wondering if I should call the vet or wait it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sure sounds like it if she's got green/yellow eye gunk! I don't know what Panatol is, but usually the dog needs an antibiotic type eye cream...unless they are absolutely awful I think it's fine to wait.
