Pink spots

One day I looked at Toby, I looked above his top lip, (right between his nose and top lip) and there were pale pink spots (he's black there). I asked the vet one day, she said she wasn't too sure what it was. They have since gone away, but it left me baffled as to what the heck it was??

Anybody's baby ever have pink spots?

I don't remember the exact name but it is something like "puppy warts". They are quite common I believe and go away on their own.
