I don't know how we avoided a trip to the vet...with our flying dog.

 WOW! I'm really glad Sola is ok!

But, now that she is ok, I have to say hahahahaha!! That was another very entertaining story. Yeah, we really should listen to our dogs more. My sister's dog (a Berner/Collie mix) has several tones of bark. We pay particular attention to his "Lassie" bark, which he uses when there's something wrong - to which we always respond "What's that, boy? Is Timmy stuck down the well again??". He actually saved the neighbour's dog's life once - well - sorta. The two of them were out back playing, when Mojo suddenly came to the back door and started Lassie-barking for all he was worth. Turns out the neighbour's dog had gotten a stick lodged in her jaws and was in a complete panic trying to get it out. My sister managed to pry the stick out and the dog was fine. Mojo got an extra juicy marrow bone for that one. ;)
