Dog Having a Stroke?

In the past 3 days my dog has gone from being happy, bouncy, playful to elderly. 2 days ago I noticed she was only able to control her tail halfway and not keep it up like normal pomeranian. Yesterday the tail was completely down, although she could wag it, it was not at attention.
This morning I go to let her out of the cage and she is limping.
She is holding the right leg up as if she can't stand on it.
When I touch her leg she doesn't yelp, but when I touch her tail closer to the end, she yelps. Could this be a bite of some kind?
My local vet is in operation most of the day and can't fit the dog in until Friday~The emergency hospital is 1 hr away...Any ideas of what my dog maybe going through?

It sounds more like a pinched nerve or spinal misalignment-

You explained this all to your vet and he couldn't fit you in? That's just weird! There are no other vets in the area? Can you ask him to recommend any pain meds over the phone, maybe, until he can see her?
