Hello Everyone. I'd like to introduce my two furry friends and myself. I live in Ottawa Canada, and am primary care giver to one puppy and one cat.
The cat is called Pringles; she's going to be 8 in the fall. Pringles is the cat of all cats, she doesn’t claw furniture, mess anywhere but her litter box, she rings a bell when she wants to go out. I've had her since she was just wee, she was a foundling on the side of the road (my parents live out in the country so finding kittens and puppies on the side of the road wasn't un-common). The vets guessed she was just shy of 5 weeks when I found her.
The puppy's name is Charley, he's just about 7 months old and is a Pomeranian/Shih Tzu mixed mutt. I got Charley when he was 7 weeks old. We've been though puppy kindergarten and have now started basic obedience (we're half way through). He's house trained and can hold is all day or all night. He's pen trained instead of crate trained (though there is a crate in his pen) because it gets too hot in my house, in my opinion, for him to be confined all day while I'm at work. Speaking of work though, I should mention that I came home each and ever day up until last week to let him out for a 'business run'.
So that's us. You'll be hearing from us in other sections as Charley and I have some issues we need your help on. See you there.
