I joined this groups so I could ask for some help.
I have the sweetest, most gentle dog in the world. He is a pit bull.
My state, California, is proposing a law that would identify all pit bulls in the state 'dangerous'. If laws like this pass, the police could knock at my door and take my pit baby. They are doing this all over Denver, Colorado now! While the bill has been watered down, it still knocks down our state's ban on breed specific legislation (BSL) which could open the door in the future for Denver-like roundups.
