So, one of my kitties gets some acne every so often - I have switched their bowls to ceramic ones, which I heard was supposed to help, and I wash them after each feeding, but he STILL gets it from time to time.
Is there anything I can maybe wash his face with to stop this from occuring?

Have you tried changing his food? I'm not sure cats get acne, sounds more like an allergy to something in his environment. Fleas?

I took him to the vet, who told me it was feline acne....he gave me an antibiotic, cause that particular time it was HUGE, but it hasn't been that bad since.
I'm sure there must be some type of antibacterial wash, or something.....

Wow, I never knew, cat acne. You could try just washing his face with a damp cloth but I'm not sure I'd use any products. Did the vet have any idea why he was suceptible to this? Things that keep coming back are sometimes viruses. You could try L-Lysine, an immune-booster; it worked really well on my cat's face (you put a bit in their food).
