Dog loosing hair

Hi I am new here.
I have a little dog that was dropped by my house. I don't know what breed she is, she looks like a chihuahua, but has long red hair.She weighs about 6-7pounds.
She has started losing hair around her butt, and rubs her but across the floor.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be, and what to do about it ?

Please bring her to the vet. It's possibly her anal glands that are full (that's the a$$ drag) but the hair lost could be hormonal, and she would need treatment. Otherwise, it could be something more serious.
