i do not know what to do with our lab. we have her in our outdoor kennel, as she is to hyper for our home. we are trying to decide what to lay down on the ground for her to walk on? we did not know if we should lay cememt slabs or gravel or crushed stones. can anyone help? i heard that the cememt will hurt her legs? but we need something that will be easy to clean up after her. or is there something out there to use to get rid of that smell?

You could always try training her and taking her for walks/runs/bike rides so she isn't hyper. Labs are a very high energy breed, but can easily be trained to behave - they are also very easily trained, generally. A dog obedience class and some work with her would be a very kind thing, she would really enjoy it.

Concrete is probably the best thing....is she in this kennel 24/7? Most dogs don't like walking on crushed rock, pea gravel is probably the next best thing. You can use lime for the smell.
