The Dusty files

While we initially thought Dusty might be 2-4 years old, the more he's with us, the more we are convinced he's a puppy of about a year or so. He is a total riot :D and we love him alot. He has that usual puppy exuberance, and in his case...total fearlessness! Good heavens...he even tried to 'hump' Cricket, my fear aggressive BC! She just turned and gave a good 'snap' [not contact] and off he went, la-ti-da....let's find something else to amuse me :rolleyes: He is a quick student, and has learned to sit nicely for a cookie, already knows 'where's your rabbit?' and no longer whines at the fence when I'm in the garden. It's been nice to have him fit in so well with the others..(3 dogs, 2 cats). And the terrier in him, well, he was desperately trying to figure out what on earth to do with the garter snake slithering through the back yard!
Next training will be agility (lucky me, I have my own stuff now!!). We think there might be Jack Russell in him....he can jump straight up about 2 feet!!!!
Watch for more on the Dusty files...seems to me, he's going to entertain us for a LONG while :D
