Pregnant Sick Cat

My cat is about to have her kittens in a few weeks and she has developed a cold. She sneezes alot and her one eyes waters all the tme. What should i do? I hate seeing my princess sick

What does your vet say? I believe certain viruses can be passed on to the kittens...I'd get a vet consult.

Some viruses can be passed from the mother cat to her kittens. Also, pregnancy can weaken a cat's immune system so I will second the suggestion to consult your vet.

Yes, the kittens can come down with the cold and they do not have the same reserves as their mama to cope with a cold. I would have a vet see your kitty asap!! I hope she feels better soon!
