From now on I am keeping my camera at my side at all times!!!!
About 40 minutes ago I began to do some work in my office with happy Toby at my feet, lying on his blanket and playing with his shark.
Toby got up to inspect the room (he does that once in a while) and all of a sudden discovered his tail...chomp! Then he fell over, got on his back and began scooting around in circles - 4 paws up in the air, tail in his mouth. This game lasted a few minutes (pretty long to be scooting around the room on your back with your tail in your mouth!)
After that he discovered my foot rest (about a foot high and a foot and a half long) under the desk. He got himself up on it and managed to tuck his feet together enough to fit. He stayed there, under the desk (so he had to duck his head) for another few minutes and stared at me. Then he moved to a covered plastic bin (I guess he was getting cramped on the little foot rest) and continued to stare at me perched from there.
All I can think of is he was jumping through hoops to get one of the carrot sticks I am eating!
...And now he is back on his blanket with his shark...and a carrot stick - he deserved it! :love:
